I love pretty much all their albums but hate that they never explored the heavier direction of songs like El Paso and How I Met Your Mother
This is unfathomable to me, like when you find out humans are closer temporally to t-rex than t-rex was to stegosaurus, and similar factoids.
For some reason, Yellowcard's second hiatus feels much shorter than the first even though it lasted a bit longer. Albums released in Fall 2016 such as Yellowcard's S/T, Tidal Wave or Low Teens don't feel "old" to me. Time is a flat circle etc.
Taking Back Sunday - Ladies & Gentlemen, We Present To You: Tell All Your Friends, Again! (March 12, 2023)
I wonder if a band has ever given two albums the same title just to fuck with their audience? That sounds like a fun idea.
old man gloom did this, and took it to the next level by editing them into one for the promo/review copy. s-tier troll by those boys
Japanese rock legends Boris have a couple different albums called Heavy Rocks, the latest of which came out recently and first confused me because I thought it was supposed to be a remaster of one of the old ones... nope, a brand new album!
When John and Shaun came back, Warner Bros. wanted them to re-record TAYF but the band told them to fuck off.
They should just lean into it and name evey album from here on out Tell All Your Friends pt 2, pt 3, etc, regardless of what the album sounds like lol
