After such a long break, did Adam sound better/worse/the same?

 

I would say about the same but also maybe a little better?

 

Can't wait to see them tonight! It's been way too long since I've heard Adam say "ladies and gentlemen" haha

 

I miss hearing southern preacher Adam in between songs. Hopefully they’re able to make it over here in 2022

 

I’m surprised there hasn’t been a TBS/JEW tour vaccine announcement yet…or did I miss it?

Just saw their Firefly set. Adam sounds better than usual imo. It was a great set for being only 45 minutes.

only complaint was they had fEddy’s mic turned up louder than John’s. Though part of that is definitely John singing Fred parts much quieter than parts he wrote/recorded himself lol

but they sounded great and I loved the set. I’ve seen most of what they played live before but got Can’t Look Back and Tidal Wave. Also got Flicker Fade which I sssume I have seen live but can’t remember for the life of me. Timberwolves, Cute, and MDS all sounded tight as fuck. And they threw in My Name is Jonas

Are they still doing the three guitar setup? Nathan had been playing with them for so long I figured he’d become an official member at some point.

That’s Nathan and he’s been touring with them forever, even way before Eddie left.

 

yeah I just didn’t realize they had him fully on stage doing backing vocals and such now. Like I remember seeing a guy playing in the background at some shows but now he’s fully out there rockin out with the rest of the band and such
