I enjoy most of the closers except I'll Let You Live and the two from Happiness and Tidal Wave.

 

Everything Must Go is a huge closer. Maybe their best.

 

Slowdance & EMG are my top 2, in that order.

Wasn't Slowdance the only song John/Shawn worked on? Kinda has straylight vibes.

Wasn't trying to start a ranking thing but I just realized how I just never really cared for most of their closers. I guess Everything Must Go is solid but Slowdance just hits me different

New Again is a much better record than Louder Now and Self-Titled. While the highs are higher on Louder Now, it’s got way too many songs that I’d gladly skip over. Meanwhile I have no major complaints with Self-Titled. It’s just sort of there.

This is also coming from someone who LOVED Louder Now in 2006/2007 and basically stopped listening to TBS from the moment Fred quit until John/Shaun rejoined.
