One-Eighty My Blue Heaven ...Slowdance THIS GLASSHOUSE IS BURNING DOWN YOU LIGHT THE MATCH I’LL STICK AROUND Such an iconic moment
Damn I definitely couldn't pick one. But a top 5 would probably be Great Romances El Paso New American Classic Carpathia 180 By Summer I know I ranked EMG above Carpathia in my New Again ranking, but I'm listening to Live From Bamboozle 2009 as I write this, and damn if Carpathia doesn't fucking slap.
"Slowdance," followed closely by "One-Eighty" & "Decade." Love those songs so very much. WYWTB is just generally the band at their best as far as I'm concerned. Though, if I had to pick a favorite from each other album I've spent any time with, I'd probably go with "Ghost Man," "Make Damn Sure," "Where My Mouth Is," & "This is All Now." I think?
180 never cared or slow dance tbh. or everything must go for that matter. dont think their closers are that good
Huh. 3/5 of the albums I've listened to have, in my opinion, great closers, lol. Already mentioned my love for "Slowdance"; almost went with "Everything Must Go" over "Where My Mouth Is" & "Call Me in the Morning" over "This is All Now."
Echoing the Existential endorsement. I wish the second Straylight Run album followed the sound of their debut.
best places to be a mom mackey sasser and steve balboni ride again happiness is (full album) death wolf you can't look back
I wouldn't say perfect. For me, Blue Heaven suffers from the rare "chorus is weaker than the verse" syndrome.
El Paso Sad Savior Stood a Chance All The Way It Takes More Nothing At All Death Wolf You Can’t Look Back All Excess
Happiness Is... and Tidal Wave are both worth checking out S/T is more of a "while you're here you might as well"
