I remember when a picture from the studio or video from the studio or something came out, lyrics to that song in a notebook were seen and everyone (me included) kinda cringed at it...but it ended up being a pretty good song, minus some clunky lyrics/delivery in the 2nd verse

i don't recall seeing any, but it would not surprise me at all. They did not leave eachother on good terms.

Yeah, I think they cut a lot of them out that people were cringing about. A lot of the posted lyrics were about people stealing their music and whatnot.

Hell yeah, probably my favorite on Happiness Is!

Can I also stop to say how much I love Follow The Format? Probably my favorite b-side from them

I’d say mine are Brooklyn or Didn’t See That Coming.

I tweeted this at them recently:

It'd be tough for me to pick a favorite from Happiness Is actually....All The Way, Beat Up Car, It Takes More, and Better Homes are prob what i'd have to choose from. We Were Younger Than is also such a unique song for them IMO

    Things have changed.

Too many labels own the rights to different songs for that to ever happen, I'm sure.

It Takes More and All The Way are so good. I love the vibe of that album so much. Tidal Wave rules front to back. John is awesome. The end

the other dude that got up that i think was the dj was great but he should have sang more. the one that was up there for all the songs should not be a vocalist.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

"Beat Up Car" is my fave or "This is Happening" if we count the complete recordings release

I think It Takes More is the one that has stuck with me the most. Great album. Might be my second favorite.

The artists’ pick vinyl has the best reunion songs on it. All the way, fences, and it takes more. Not a fan of death wolf but those other three songs are top tier TBs tracks and i think they should really push in that direction for their sound in general.
