How do I stay subscribed to a thread when there are no posts to like because everyone has wrong wrong wrong album orders?
Been moving through their discography today and not to slag off Shaun as a bassist but Matt Rubano brought so much to the band’s music and I’m so glad he got to play on three albums.
Shaun really earned his stripes on Happiness Is and Tidal Wave, but yeah, Rubano really helped take their music to the next level.

Great looking house, deceivingly sized but that home would be $250K-$300K tops in Northeast Ohio. If that. I always thought Charlotte was a fairly affordable place to live too. Three of my best friends have lived in the Charlotte area for the past 5-10 years. Judging on social media pictures I've seen of the house posted from Adam and John in past years, I always thought he kind of lived in like a rinky-dink area/house. One of my friends who lives in Charlotte lives nearby and has always said that the area where Adam and John lived 'wasn't that nice.' Also, check out the photo of the Street View...dude is walking his dog and waving at the camera
Agent missed the chance for that. Likely no one would get it outside of anyone who would know who the owners were but it’d be funny as hell to post.
The ”zestimate” is $582, so it’s priced high, but not insanely high. A home like that in my area would probably be in the neighborhood of $400, maybe more depending on if it were a closer to The Twin Cities
The bought the house for 420k, so even if it sells at the zillow estimate, they still made a good chunk on it, so great for them!
