I really enjoy New Again as a whole, and the only other TBS albums I can say the same for are WYWTB & Happiness Is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I still say New Again is their weakest album, but it’s still damn enjoyable

Love 4 songs, Catholic and Carpathia are ok enough to stay, I don't need to listen to the others ever again

 

I wish my copy of Happiness Is didn't skip through twenty seconds of Flicker, Fade. Probably my most listened to song on that album and my vinyl skips a big chunk of it

 

New Again is my second or third favourite album of theirs.

 

Same here. I think my top 3 are Where You Want to Be, New Again, and Tidal Wave.

Everything in the first bracket is on par with their best imo. The first half of the album is way better than the second, but all in all it’s a pretty darn good release.

I barely like tidal wave more than new again lol

 

Only song on NA I can't stand at all is Capital M-E. I'd say everything but that song, Sink Into Me, and Cut Me Up Jenny, is all good to great stuff.

 

sink into me is a great tune imo. would be a lot of fun to see them start playing that one again

 

It’s honestly my least favorite single and maybe a bottom 5 tbs song for me. I’d prefer 90% of NA songs over that one

 

Musically, Sink Into Me is a great time and I love the final chorus melody so that’s what keeps me coming back to that song. However it does nothing for me in terms of lyrics.

my favorite thing about New Again is how "Where My Mouth Is" goes directly into "Catholic Knees" with nothing in between at all
