I think this tour takes them all the way through 2019, putting a new album on trace for late 2020/early 2021, which i think is fine.
By their standards, that’d be a really, really long time for them not to release a new album. I thought I recall Adam or John saying they were writing/recording and that was like 7 or 8 months ago.
I hope that’s not what this means specifically. Tidal Wave was awesome. I still wish artists would just do a straight up deep cuts tour. That would be better for me than full albums. Requests + deeper cuts for a band like TBS would be too cool.
the two nights in LA are both during Coachella, sooooo a) guess I'm not going and b) guess they aren't playing Coachella haha
I can’t wait to see this. Already have been talking it over with my TBS crew who have been going to shows the last 15 years. Going to hear some songs that I haven’t heard live in over a decade and some songs I’ve never heard possibly. I may go to several dates in the Southwest or visit my sister in Hawaii during their shows. So much awesome!
I highly doubt it but i wonder if eddie will be involved with this in any capacity. It feels a little weird honoring the 20th anniversary of a band he started just months after his departure. I don’t mean to bring up the eddie debates again lol but the thought just crossed my mind.
