Hitsdailydouble says final numbers: 47th sales plus streaming with 9,672 21st pure album sales with 8,520 Billboard doesn't report til Sun or Mon I think
Not only are the numbers low, but I've read about SOOO many people online not getting their pre-orders and/or getting the wrong order or not getting the signed copies they ordered. Hopeless is a mess.
I'm back home visiting family and friends....and I gifted a copy of blink's California and tidal wave to my best friend haha. Spreading the music and boosting sales lol
Taking Back Sunday tweeted to a few people complaining about their pre-orders saying they've 'had a call with Hopeless to discuss a few things.' I bet the band is fuming mad.
I still haven't got my pre order bundle that was the 2nd highest tier, that came out to just under $200 when shipping was added. I ordered it 3 months ago and to still not have a physical copy is pretty upsetting. Also not even being notified it would be late until the Monday after release with a lame excuse about one patch being late from a manufacturing being the reason was disappointing. Notify me earlier (must have been a window that you knew it would be late) and/or send the package out in multiple orders.
its rather bold of them to be playing tidal wave in full on this small club tour....but....the crowd pretty much completely disengaged around track 5
Only going to hear tidal wave. I think I could go the rest of my life without hearing cute without the e live and I would be alright ha
Although I definitely like this more than happiness is (which I like much more now than when it came out), after revisiting the s/t I actually think I prefer that one. Like half of that album is some of their best stuff
Yeah, the S/T is really underrated. It's the closest they've come to recapturing the more accessible, pop-driven sound of Louder Now imo
I wonder what kind of contract they're on with hopeless. They need to dump them st this point. They dropped the ball big time on this.
It's one of those things where you have to blame both parties. Why are they using merch now, everyone knows they blow. They effed over the dear Hunter fans too
See I don't really like louder now, but I love s/t, haha. So I guess I'd say I think it does that sound better than ln, but I never really thought to compare the two
I am really glad more people are willing to admit that S/T is good now that Tidal Wave is getting good reviews and is being well received. I think S/T has some of Adam's best vocal performances. I wish the production was slightly better. The drums don't really pop on that record like they do on Happiness Is and Tidal Wave
The drums sound downright bad on the S/T but the songs are there and for the most part they're good-great so it's ok
