Looks like there’s a 9~ minute version from Orlando on YouTube, but nearly 4 of that is just Adam talking in the beginning, which is not exclusive to divine intervention. He also rambled for like 3 minutes before Timberwolves when they played it in Orlando (though maybe on the other night since they played that song twice).

 

Sorry for being off by a whole ass minute. Song sucks regardless of Adam’s rambling.

Again, hopefully they swap it out in the next two months before my show.

Taking Back Sunday Returns with 'Most Realized' Album
Looks like they're back in the studio, trying some things out. As I loved 152 (it's the perfect blend of pop and rock), I really hope that they don't get even more poppier after this. I don't need any trap snares in TBS.

 

I know they’re not supposed to slay live, but I’m seeing them at a fairground in Maryland with Dashboard and MCS, don’t think I could’ve passed that up

basically, sing “you can keep it but you can’t look back”, or “I was living day to day, as the meetings they would suggest”, and then sing some of the lines from boys of summer the way they’re sung and you’ll notice some of the same cadence and tones haha

being a pretty casual FOB fan, there were many years where I thought the line was “I’m a leading man, but(and?) i’m also evil, oh so intricate”, to the point where I still sing it like that when I hear the song on the radio lol

Oh man, I haven’t thought about Maylene in a long time. Gonna have to revisit them. I discovered them and ETID at the same time and both bands informed how I would approach playing guitar for like the next 5 years after that.
EDIT: He Is Legend were in the mix as well. This was all late-2006/early-2007. And I also was introduced to TREOS at the time. Goddamn.

 

Need to correct this and say that Adam’s acting in the “Better Homes & Gardens” video is actually fucking great. Like, he brings those lyrics & emotions to life.
