I wouldn't say a band's label is common knowledge. Most of the bands I listen to, I definitely couldn't tell you what label their on. And a band like TBS has had several different labels throughout their career.
Maybe I misinterpreted it, but your response made it seem like people should just know that Seether and TBS are labelmates. I don't think Seether's (and most bands in general) record label is necessarily information anyone is going to know off-hand, especially since there are a ton of smaller labels out there to keep track of. Not trying to pick a fight, it just seemed like an odd response to people not knowing they were on the same label.

Not intending to be a dick, but I feel like just assuming I pulled Seether out randomly is also a weird take. The question was if Fantasy Records would be down for a deluxe re-release. Why would I mention a random band from a completely different genre if there wasn't some connection?
Also, I don't expect people to know information offhand, but I don't think it's a stretch to expect people to take a second and use Google.
Seriously, this album is so good, I don't think I've taken a drive in weeks without putting it on. I don't know anything about anything, but I really hope the process of making it and the good reception will give them solid momentum to put out more music sooner than later, that 7 year wait paid off but was a loooong time. Also really looking forward to a tour announcement!
Have their holiday shows sold out yet? Maybe they don't want a Spring tour announcement to hurt the sales of those shows (at least in the northeast).
I think all but one has sold out. I’m pretty sure a tour announcement is coming by the end of the month for a late spring tour
Speaking of unreleased TBS songs, I still want to hear the full version of this demo Mark posted in 2018.
somehow never heard this. looks like he commented and said it was a "very old" demo. gotta assume it's from the ST sessions. i still love watching the videos of the original lineup playing songs that would have been on the follow up to WYWTB. coulda been so different.
The title for best ST era demos/b-sides belong to “You Were Right” “Semi Automatic” and “Mackey Sasser & Steve Balboni Ride Again”. They were demos yet somehow “Money” and “Since You’re Gone” made the cut. Still bitter about that one obviously.
Went to the one in Nashville! The new album was great live and it was definitely the best they've sounded in a while. Adam dropped his whole southern preacher shtick for this show.
I think the one is my song of the year. It reminds me of a very important person in my life and she knows it and says it reminds her of me.
When he got to songs like flicker, liar, call me in the morning - did it seem noticeably out of range?
I know I've said a few times now I have no interest in ever seeing TBS live again, but if they do a full-album tour for 152, I'm 100% there. I want to hear this whole album live, and after seeing the iHeartRadio performance, it renewed my faith in their live abilities. Bonus points if Adam drops his southern preacher schtick as well, cause I'm over it.
