i liked this album when i first heard it but it has also grown on me sooo much. i wanna listen to it all the time
It wraps around perfectly from The Stranger back into Amphetamine perfectly too I tried to figure out what my least favorite song was the other day and I offended myself even considering anything on this "least"
Yea, I remember reading that too. I know for sure I've seen that he came up with the skeleton of what became Cute Without The E.
Well, that definitely sounded like a TBS song in the background and it definitely wasn't on the album. So who knows?
it was an interview with them. they said any songs they didnt finish just didnt get finished. theres ideas for songs but nothing done id be pumped for more though!
yeah whatever song that was in the background that was playing instead of New Music Friday sounded good enough to be released to me. I'm sure we'll hear it soon enough
“Let’s kick it over to John Nolan who’s out in the field to talk about Track 1.” (Cuts to John literally walking around in a field). Also that long shot of John riding the scooter down the long hallway was pretty funny too.
It’s still showing for me. It’s from this article: See Taking Back Sunday break down every song on ‘152’
Oh one of the comments says the music in the background during New Music Friday was changed in this reupload
Thanks, yeah it works in that link, so they must've reuploaded it - though I was mainly interested in that song in the background that was mentioned here hahh
hopefully! When they were in LA at the start of the month, Mike Pepe (who engineered tidal wave) shared a photo of them in his studio space to his Instagram story, so maybe they’re polishing some things up for future rereleases of this record? (I don’t know if fantasy is as big on that idea as hopeless was, though)
He also wrote the Swing riif. I met Fazzi after AGBPOL show and I assumed he wrote that, but turns out it was Mark. Fazzi was really cool too
Seether's last album had a deluxe re-release with like nine or ten additional tracks, so I imagine they wouldn't be against doing a deluxe for TBS.
I mean this is how I found out tbs and seether were labelmates. Fantasy has such an interested array of artists. Edit: also dunes just did that whole album of demos so I guess it isn’t outside the realm of possibility that tbs would do a deluxe later on down the line, especially around a tour or something.
