Did people hate the artificial ring wear on YC Southern Air or are people just hating it here cause it's TBS and people feel the need to hate on this band?

 

It's the latter. It was on Happiness Is... too and I don't remember much talk about it then.

 

I think it's silly in general tbh but maybe that's just me

 

What is an artificial ring wear?

 

Is the circle that makes it look like a vinyl record has been in a sleeve for a long time.

Ahh okay that makes MUCH more sense.

After listening a couple more times, I really love this song, but it also sounds very similar to a lot of other songs.
