The fries are definitely much different from the potatoes. I love them both though

i remember when the doritos tacos first debuted and waiting in line to get them day 1. that was a special day.



i also remember the day that i drove to the tb down the street from my college apartment only to see that they had removed the volcano menu from their drive thru menu and drove off crying the whole way home without ordering anything because i had been betrayed. that was a dark day.

 

I almost put "their only similarity is I love them both and they're deep fried potatoes" haha

I seriously did just leave when they discontinued the volcano menu. I asked for my usual and they said "We don't serve any of the volcano items anymore." I sat there dumbfounded for 3 seconds, went "...Okay then!" and drove off.

I'm not anti-DLT and I'll eat em and enjoy em but they're not among my favorite tacos at TB

 

we almost did that today when the employee at Wendy's told us the double stack was no longer a dollar

Not sure if this is a hot take but I really like the s'awesome sauce from Wendy's. Considering this they'll definitely discontinue it

I don't know if you know this but they raised the price on it and I guess it was recently a dollar only for a limited time and now they're back to ripping us off again

I really would kinda just feel dumb ordering a double or something at Wendy's now because you are basically getting just as much with a double stack and it's so much fucking cheaper
