I thought about trying the fries today but didn’t. This has been a very interesting post for you all to read.
They're 99 cents! Both of you get on it ASAP!! If you think they're awful, all you wasted was 99 Cents
Didn’t realize they were that cheap haha I’ll get them next time for sure The damn quesadillas being like $3.50 had my judgement skewed
I just haven't been to T-Bell since they started the fries. I limit myself to one T-Bell visit a month...always after my monthly work night meeting that typically goes pretty late. So the last time I was at T-Bell was 2 days before the fries. I'm gonna go two chicken quesadillas, a CGC and the fries (and probably nachos for my wife).
I thought the fries were decent. At first, I thought the seasoning was kind of aggressive, but after a while, I just got used to it, plus I slathered them with so much cheese it was hard to really tell there was any seasoning. I would have preferred the seasoning to be more peppery or spicy - as this was almost a sweetened seasoning. They weren't really hot (and I grabbed one right from the bag as soon as she handed them to me) but weren't cold either. Crunch-wise, they were the perfect texture. I'd definitely order them again.
I remember going to the US for the first time and being so confused that fries weren't a side in Canada, fries supreme have always been a staple of the menu and maybe their most popular item - been eatin' em since birth basically. Fries slathered in cheese, beef and sour cream.
I think we all need to brace ourselves for the very real possibility that the fries will be gone forever within the next week or so.
The one major flaw of Taco Bell: they constantly make new creations that I love and then take them away. QUIT PLAYING GAMES WITH MY HEART, TACO BELL!
The Fries were great, especially when you get the versions with all the extra stuff. I'm just waiting for a resurgence on the Volcano nachos :((
I never do stuff like that because I don't want anyone (especially if they're making my food) to hate me and if you are the type of person that does that kind of thing: know that (at least some of) the employees hate you I mean, do you and all and there's nothing wrong with it but I just can't order fries in a quesadilla, myself
