They’re thicker than McDonald’s but not quite as thick as BK. And then they’re seasoned similarly to the fiesta potatoes. They’re pretty crispy too. All around great French Fry.

 

Absolutely. People who trash in-n-out fries are damn fools.

This pleases me. I'm a big fan of crunchy fries. Preferably thinner, but as long as they're crunchy. Can't wait to BATHE them in nacho cheese sauce.

 

@Ken this spicy ranch you speak of intrigues me. What items does it normally come on?

Yes they do. But adding that sauce to a double decker taco is like the greatest thing one can do in life.

 

I went to Taco Bell last night at 8:15 hoping to get some fries. I pull up and there are banners with huge pictures of fries in EVERY window. I pull up to the drive thru excited. Menu even has a $5 box with the fries, a taco and I think a CGC. I'm about to order and then I see a sign over the drive thru speaker saying "Due to remodeling, we are closing at 8pm tonight"

Well, at least I made it another day and can try the fries today.

But seriously, I'm gonna try the first couple items on the list you gave me @Anthony_ . You should try the double decker taco with the spicy ranch sometime.

 

I definitely will! I may also substitute the soft taco shell for a gordita shell, and the spreaded beans for melted cheese though!!!!!1

I'm a giant sucker for bean burritos, so the double decker is absolutely brilliant in my mind. Adding the gordita sauce creates a wonderful medley of flavors that gives me the best of the double decker and the cheesey gordita crunch.

 

I've only had the CGC. I don't like refried beans so never had a DDT. I may try one though just for Ken, and sub the beans for cheese.

 

I think a cheesy chalupa crunch would be amazing

 

I'm just kidding, I'll definitely try this. I've only ever had the DDT as-is. Maybe I'll substitute a spicy Doritos shell though heh
