Yeah, makes sense. Would explain why the quesarito stuck around considering it's all typical TB ingredients (just assembled in a fashion gifted to us by the gods themselves).
Tried the Breakfast Crunchwrap yesterday. I got steak, my gf got bacon. Both with extra jalapeno sauce. Seemed like they put all the sauce on the steak one. Bacon one was basically dry. The sauce definitely elevated the whole thing. Steak was a way better choice than bacon, although I might try sausage next time. It was bacon bits, which I didn't really care for. Over all, it was pretty good. I think it could use a little more egg and maybe a little less potato, but I'm not complaining. 3.5 forks
Trying to eat healthier, might have to unsubscribe to this for a while until I have a little thing called will power.
I like the breakfast crunch wraps without the creamy jalapeƱo sauce. Way better. I can eat them with the sauce, but i don't like when it over powers the taste of everything else.
Whoever started this thread probably works for Yum Brand, the parent company of Taco Bell. We've all confessed to eating more TB since finding this support group. I'll be the first to pledge one TB visit per week "until we figure out what the hell is going on".
Does it still count as my weekly visit if I just go for a Baja Blast? And maybe, like, just a shredded chicken burrito while I'm there, I mean I don't want to be a weirdo who just gets a soda. And maybe like some naked chicken chips to go with it.
Omg I'm ordering with the app every time here on out. Never would have thought to put red sauce in a quesarito on my own (it was 10/10) and my potato soft taco with extra chipotle sauce and red sauce was fucking heavenly
I had my monthly visit to Taco Bell last night and asked for 'cheesy potatoes' expecting it to come in the bowl like it usually does when I ask for that and they gave me the burrito. Ugh, did not enjoy that at all. Do they not do the bowl anymore? Good thing I also got two chicken quesadillas and a cheesy gordita crunch.
Literally just went to TB and had no idea this was a thing until I saw it on the menu. Ordered one right away, on my way home now. I'll check back in with a verdict in a bit.
So, I had the spicy double chalupa. It was pretty good. I liked the shell a lot, it was soft enough that it didn't fall apart after one bite and actually really held up well while eating. Solid.
