TB needs more Dessert options than just cinnamon twists and Cinnabon stuff.

They can't do like Flan, Tres Leches or Mexican Hot Chocolate flavored shakes or something? Churros?

 

I accidentally forgot to swap out cinnamon twists for chips a couple weeks back, and was astounded by how whack they are

 

Those crispy chicken tacos need to be permanent.

 

The new shredded beef is really good and you can add it to any item, along with hot Fritos. The dipping taco being $3.69 by itself is hilarious tho

I never really even thought about it, but a crunchwrap with the advertised portions would be pretty wild. I never really noticed how thicc they're made to look

 

I never get a crunch wrap because it’s 2 bites of meat and the rest is tortilla and toppings.

 

I love it. It’s my go to for the $6 box

Yup, it’s 70 cents cheaper to make it yourself.

 

I used to absolutely love Taco Bell, $5 boxes used to be so good, the online exclusive $6 is still okay, but everything else is terrible from a cost standpoint. I haven’t tried a new item in forever because it makes zero sense financially. I’ll go to Chipotle before I spend $8-10 at Taco Bell.

 

they must just laugh through the meetings where they decide what nostalgia item to bring back at a huge mark up

i’m a sucker who’s still gonna get most of the promo items at least once (though i did go pretty hard on the volcano burritos) but i agree that otherwise it’s hard to justify any order that isn’t one of the boxes or just a couple things from the value menu. that pretty much goes for any fast food now. it’s only even remotely affordable with an app/rewards program. modernity rocks

 

Been living abroad in Norway for a year and a half now - god I miss Taco Bell. I could go for a bucket of cinnamon twists right now

 

Sorry to report, they all taste like acid now

 

Going back to MN for Christmas; will report on this.

 

I'm not a big fan, my wife is though, and the last 3-4 times she got them they had this burned soap/acid taste to them. I have no idea what happens to make them taste like that, but we just don't risk it anymore. Cinnabon bites are the supreme TB dessert, although I was always an apple empanada fan.

 

Those caramel apple empanadas are pretty dope though

 

I miss when they had Choco Tacos

Our TB used to have a freezer behind the register filled with Choco Tacos. We would get them as kids all the time

 

i had cinnamon twists recently for the first time in a long time in that $5 chalupa box and they were surprisingly solid

 

If the twists are well dusted they hit real nice
