Taco Bell done fucked up my order. Gave me a fucking beef Chalupa instead of steak like I paid for. It’s not like I can drive all the way back. Taco Bell is not close by but on the way home from work. I messaged them on fb hope to get a response. Also did the “tell the bell” survey. Said I was “highly dissatisfied”. Isn’t steak more $$? I wouldn’t make a fuss if it cost the same but I want to get what I paid for not less!
While that is frustrating those workers probably make minimum wage and are short staffed. Cut them a break.
Yeah, I def get being angry but shit happens. I don’t do too many other fast food places, but I assume TB has the most customization options per item so it’s probably tough to keep track of. I always check in the parking lot before I drive off, though even when it’s wrong (like putting cheese on something I ordered without, god forbid something isn’t drenched in cheese sauce…) I usually just accept it.
I don’t care how much they make (I’ve worked food service for years in the past so I know how it is). If an item is more expensive and I get a less expensive item, it’s a problem. I guess you didn’t read the part where I said if the cost was the same I wouldn’t make a fuss. Didn’t have time to make my own meal because I get home late from work a few days out of the week, and work early the next. My issue is I over paid for what they gave me. I wouldn’t normally order the steak or ever, but that’s how the meal came. I’m on a tight budget and can’t afford the extra $$ to get lesser items.
Look, I was just venting. And Im hoping Taco Bell will respond to me. I’m not expecting anyone here to do anything. But the comment had to be made about “cut them a break”. Not necessary.
what does filling out the survey accomplish besides potentially hassling the workers contact customer service and try to get your refund and move on
Ordered a supreme taco last weekend and got a regular taco instead. Gonna make sure somebody gets fucking fired over this.
If you take customer service survey and don't immediately put 5 stars for everything red flag emoji x 1000
there's nothing wrong with letting a worker know that you didn't get what you ordered - it's all about how you go about it though
