I agree that there no ethical consumption under capitalism but it also doesn't mean don't try IMO But definitely good to know about the PAC
Right but like when it's a place you need to go to for necessities (like, say, if it's your only local supermarket), what are you going to do. Not saying TB is a necessity, of course, just saying that if you dig deep enough into any large corporation there's gonna be bad stuff of some kind.
For sure, there's a point where you just have to consume unethically. And I definitely think that makes it more important to consume ethically where you're able to. I think we're all on the same page here
For sure. Trust me, if my local Taco Bell was on that list I'd be looking for the nearest one that isn't and going there instead lol
None of those contributors are from Michigan thankfully. That wilbur dude from Ohio though, holy shit
@EmmanuelSCastle you got me my 1000th like trophy on here. Feeling blessed that it was in the Taco Bell thread
straight up thought I had to stop eating taco Bell cause of that tweet that was going around shouts out to this thread for providing more context lol
I had heard mixed and confusing things regarding that tweet and personally took it with a huge grain of salt but I should have known that this thread of devotees would get to the bottom of it happy to know that my local isnt on that list, but also weird because theres a person that says "tampa" but doesn't have a single location in tampa
That person's company could be headquartered in Tampa despite them not actually owning any of the TB's in Tampa.
@Ken maybe it's for the best that you're avoiding PA Taco Bells. https://thetakeout.com/pennsylvania-taco-bell-under-investigation-for-alleged-1837239514
