Sort of! admittedly it’s hard to stick with. I’m working with my doctor and a nutritionist. If you haven’t heard of the Monash FODMAP app, recommend that as well! You can search for safe foods and it’ll let you know how much of what you can eat.

 

I haven’t had Taco Bell in a while, but I pick up the triple double Crunchwrap and boy oh boy. Normally when they have a new featured menu item where they get a menu item and just make it bigger...it’s noyhing great. But this is great.’I also tried the Carmel Apple Freeze. Magnificent. 11/10

 

I'm at the Bell right now, I got the 5 dollar triple double crunchwrap box. It's beautiful.

It gave me an orgasm, yes I said it. The triple double crunchwrap is just perfect, they put a lot of sour cream in it and it's amazing. Just make sure you have a nearby toilet afterward.

 

Of all the fast food establishments, taco bell is the only one where I feel perfectly fine afterwards
