The Bloom edition of A Gentle Rain is really nice and I'm glad I bought it, but I was extremely tempted to pick up the regular edition after seeing it just because the footprint is much better.
I finally unboxed Planet Unknown, which I got back in October for my birthday. Hoping to play it tonight with some friends for new Years
Welp, add another newly ordered game to my list: Tin Realm. Discovering r/soloboardgaming yesterday was a bad thing for my wallet.
I'm gonna try to get my two friends that are dating to come over this weekend and try Vantage... a game I've been wanting to try but not beyond 3 players.
Just picked up Andromeda's Edge for $7 from my game store because they were trying to clear some things out for the new year. Likely gonna be a while before I get to play it, but I'm excited to try it out
DUDE All I play are solo games. Tin Realm RULES. Tin Realm/Helm and their bigger brother Iron Helm are some of my favorites. Basically everything Jason Glover does is gold That is a VERY good deal!
Speaking of solo gaming, if anyone ever wants to play anything on Boardgamearena, I’m usually game. Jrshoenberger is my username. Just send me a challenge.
I'm in! @ me when you're signed up. Also, if anyone wants try a game that's behind the paywall, I pay for a membership (and I'm an Alpha tester), so I have access to ALL of it.
I’ve been finding myself not playing Final Girl as frequently as I was because I play on my coffee table so setting up requires a bunch of reorganizing, so I just ordered an ugly folding table so I can basically keep the core components set up at all times, lol. This will hopefully be how I survive the rest of the winter!
