Sorry to revive this thread with nothing exciting but randomly threw on Survivor: South Pacific (season 23) and absolutely died at one of the rewards being getting to watch Jack & Jill before it went to theaters and Probst and then Coach talking about the lessons it can teach you lol. Was hilarious the first time I watched this season and has only become more hilarious with time.
I really enjoyed the premiere last night. Probably one of my absolute fave premieres of all time tbh. Pure insanity.
Hahaha get fucked Maddy, Brandon's smirk said it all. That was a fun premiere with a crazy tribal council.
the one girl completely wasted her shot in the dark, what a terrible idea to use it first tribal. Matt at least had a slight reason for fear of getting voted off due to his shoulder, but that was also a dumb usage
Could tell from the very beginning that this ep was going to be fun. the folks in the edit room seem like they had a great time with this one. Hope the rest of the season matches this pace
Even worse, she completely scared Brandon into using his idol. I think without her using her shot in the dark, he feels a bit more comfortable, doesn't play it, and he goes home. There's a chance he still would've played it anyway, but this definitely ensured that he did.
100% true. I don't recall who she wanted to go home, but if she wanted Brandon to go home overall, then it's totally her own fault he didn't
Anyone missing this season of Austrailian Survivor is missing the best season of Survivor in history.
I checked out the "On Fire" podcast with Jeff Probst and highly recommend it to ya'll. Alot of insight into the behind the scenes of the game and why they do what they do on the show.
I just saw episode 9, where George and Shonee got rid of Paige. HOLY SHIT. The Simon thing was hilarious from before, but damn George is on a whole different level. I'm loving this!
Holy shit this might be the best thing I've ever seen. It's GLORIOUS. The shiz?!? When did the spice girls become the shiz?!?!
I'm all caught up, and I'm just bewildered at it. That last tribal had me actually gasp. Yeah it may be because I just binged it all but this is easily better than to he last handful of US seasons. Now I'm wishing they had a Global Survivor so King George can extend his kingdom further hehe.
Carolyn is a treasure. Ok yeah I definitely see the comparisons between Australian and US and I "get" the complaints but can also appreciate the shows for how they're two completely different kind of games.
OMG Australian Survivor: I cannot believe tribal went like that. Simon and Matt what?!?! Were they hoping to split the vote? I'm afraid for the King next week eeeeeeeeeeeeek. A other thing, damn, they're doing 50 days? I'm liking this 2 episodes a week.
