‘Survivor,’ Season 41, Episode 4 Good stuff on these episodes from Tyson. But my oh my. They’re long.
Anyone else not able to stand Shantel? Just me? So manipulative and not in a good way. Even if it is a game, no way in hell I trust her with the way she steam rolls conversations when her paranoia is up.
Very interesting episode last night. I hope Erica does use the power she was given just because I want to see it play out. Also makes her safe for this week if I understood correctly, which she probably needs. Also very interesting to see, for lack of a better term, a “black” alliance forming. Given how big brother played out this year, and this was filmed long before that, would be kind of nuts to see that same storyline play out on both shows.
Erika's choice is cool enough, but it is nowhere near the huge big gamechanging power that Jeff made it out to be haha
And Jeff was def using language to get her to use it “history making” etc. he was being very persuasive and it’s Jeff. I’d be starstruck and not want to disappoint him
Haha totally. I love Jeff's enthusiasum though, he is always so fun to watch. But yeah... overall it's a fun little twist but not huge. The "steal an idol or advantage" is a MUCH bigger historic change
During the challenge I laughed at how excited he was, getting to yell you gotta DIG literally, and the team work on yellow team catching up
I think this was the best episode of the season? Love how much social game edit we got, and love the chaos in not having any clue who was about to leave when the vote started.
That was pretty much the best tribal that combination of advantages could’ve resulted in. All hail Mike White, I guess.
I kinda think this show has gone too far with the whole live tribal thing, I’d like to see Jeff just shut it down and make them vote after someone drops a bomb at tribal. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me but the mid tribal scramble is just getting old
Jeff loves chaos so he’s never going shut those down. I agree though, I’d rather not see those at this point.
There was a point I was getting off it, but either the break or just hadn’t done it much that I enjoyed it again last night
Yeah I was I think in season 40 thinking they even need to make a rule you can only do whispers without leaving your stool
This was the best episode in a long, long time. Holy game play. I can’t believe it all worked out! It made me so happy. My wife and I literally high-fived when the ‘steal the idol’ backfired big time. How embarrassing hahahaha.
The game is the game, you gotta roll with it as "unfair" as it may seem. Sydney was pretty terrible most of the season, not surprised this is her post-game vibe
Saying you were tuned into 99% of the info and then remaining seated while the majority of players are huddled up discussing who to vote out is pretty funny.
Watching Liana and Shantel’s plan blow up in their faces was probably my favorite thing so far this season. Evvie also getting exposed for telling people everything was a close second. She deserved to be on the hot seat after that, so Xander telling Tiff to hold off on using the idol was kind of perfect for the situation, even if it wasn’t intended. I just loved Jeff sitting their being a fly on the wall too.
