I feel instant regret at my internal “that dude sucks” comment

 

It felt like they were teasing him getting hurt earlier in the episode when he was cutting branches down. I thought for sure they were leading up to him falling but I never expected a damn wave would break his back. wow

 

Geez that was tough to watch

Rough ending to a solid premiere. I like how intense the challenges are. Physical stuff and then a puzzle, Nice mix of skill sets.
Pretty interesting cast too.

Holy shit just watched, that was so intense. That could have been anyone on that boat.

 

That was really heartbreaking to watch

 

Gee, I feel bad for not really being too upset now , maybe I took his injury lighter?

 

For me it’s not so much the injury but the idea of going out like that on the first day on what for a lot of people is a dream come true.
