Same same, it's gonna be weird to have a US season right now for me, after burning through so much Australia since season 48 was on

 

Very fun premiere, I like a lot of this cast so far. Lots of standouts!

 

Not a bad premiere, there's definitely some characters there. Savannah is a dark horse I feel. Sophi is great, already I see her going far. Robert is cool too, I like him and Jake.

The lady who's afraid of birds is getting the boot as soon as her tribe loses lol.

 

Kirby and AJ will be on S3 of the traitors AUS

 

Snake bite situation was wiiiiild but I feel like Jake should have been allowed to continue??

 

Yeah it was the doctor's "recommendation" that he not go back to play ...Jeff should have told him the risks he was taking and up to him. That's why they sign waivers right? If he feels he is up to the task, understands the risks let it be HIS choice.

 

Snake was like, "Dude, you're really on Survivor instead of watching your first kid be born?" *CHOMP*

Honestly though, I liked him, but it's a crazy enough situation they'll probably ask him back, which would be best-case scenario. Let him play again when he's not missing the most important life event ever.

I guess Jeff talked more in a podcast, but they sent Jake to two(??) more hospitals from there on the mainland before going home, there was basically no way the show would let him stay because of his rare and his many unknowns there are, safety first

 

I wonder if he could have signed over any liability up to death and stayed on.

I wonder if he’s one of the people on 50
