A lot of the fan base is split on All-Stars because of how David just coasted to the end and they say it made for a boring game. I liked him playing the way he played realizing his mistakes from the season prior. And he's fun to watch. I hope you don't consider this a spoiler but BvB1 is one of my fav seasons of the show and the fan base is in agreement that this is when the show blew past the moon in terms of quality and every season after just gets better and better. Basically, you're in for a GOOD fucking time. I'm excited for ya.

 

Honestly, I don't understand how a fan of Survivor wouldn't love All Stars. David made some truly mindblowing moves, multiple times, the work he put in to "coast" is exactly what makes this show so damn fun. Sure he is cocky, but it's in such an endearing way that you want to root for him, truly an impressive game that he played, especially on a season of All Stars. I'm excited to hear that people think it gets even better! I'm slowly catching up, I'll be there in no time.......

 

Exactly, you *wanted* him to win, you rooted for him because he DID put the work in. Plus the cast truly was ALL-STARS. David, Harry, AK, Brooke, Lydia, John, Locker, Shonee, Matt, Henry....such a great roster! But yeah every season gets better, I was like BvB1 is my all time fav season! Then Heroes v Villains came next and I was like NO this is my fav season! Then Titans v Rebels came out. And it was NO THIS IS THE BEST SEASON EVER. A truly great run of TV, enjoy and savor every moment!

Does Australia get more diverse in recent seasons? It's been like 90-95% white for the first 6

 

Not at all. I'd say it stays 90% white, occasionally they'll have someone from SEA, or aboriginal, or Greek or Muslim. It's nothing like the US diversity.

 

EP04
Parv is killing it this season, I CANNOT wait to see her and Kirby working together. Poor Tony, nice attempt with that shoe haha. Next episode looks fun, merge AND auction and last gasp. Really looking forward to seeing all these personalities come together and see who works with who.

 

This season is a dream honestly, I’m having so much fun every episode

 

Maybe unpopular too, but 24 is too many people for a regular season. Every season I've watched other than All Stars is such a slow slow start and the first 3-4 episodes could probably just be skipped. Those first 3-4 voted out don't get screen time, so you don't know them or have any real emotional attachment, and there's so many other players you don't really know anyone aside from a few buti characters for a few episodes

 

Omfg episode 5 This Parv, Cirie, Shonee, Kirby alliance?? Is this real life? I’m crying it’s beautiful it’s all I’ve ever wanted

 

Right?!?! I was having my doubts when Cirie seemed to float the idea of working with the international 3 but when the vote finalized I was like aw hell yeah! They EASILY have a way forward to the final 4 but as all things survivor.....who knows.

 

EP06
jeeeeeeeeeeeez I actually felt bad for Kirby. She seemed to be 10000% in with Parv, and you can tell from quick confessional after the credits she was speechless. Next episode looks good and it seems tribal is gonna be INTENSE.

 

The alliance was fun while it lasted lol.

 

I'm so bummed we only have 4 episodes left.

Three episodes next week (normal Sunday/Monday/Tuesday) and the finale on the following Sunday is what's left.

I'm sad to see Kirby gone. A Kirby/Parv/Cirie alliance would've been so much fun. Also last couple episodes have me surprised at how easily Janine can get in people's heads. I don't remember her from her earlier season at all, but she's doing pretty well playing from the bottom.

 

They don't call her the GODMOTHER for no reason!! She definitely lived up to that nickname sheesh, I was like DAMN.

 

EP07 Omg Parv the GOAT. Epic tribal, just pulling out the idol and not holding back. I died at Tommi's blank stare, realizing his epic idea of blindsiding her was going up in flames. Then I noticed the time and the episode is only HALFWAY THROUGH, I knew other stuff had to happen. Doubleeeeeeee elimination!

Good job on Luke winning that one. Thankfully the Aussies were gonna keep it simple but Lisa....Lisa Lisa Lisa what the hell.
This season is sooooooooooooooooo fucking good.

 

Being able to leave the game for 24 hours if sick, with no consequence, and being able to skip a tribal if needed, is a truly insane rule from Aus.

 

So good to watch Parvati dominating here and Rachel Reilly dominating BB in the year 2025

Luke's AW FUCK expression at the reveal of the challenge and JLP's laugh was hilarious haha. I'll miss that laugh!! Glad to see him get his redemption though. Lisa's admiration for Cirie has been fun to watch....this final 5 should be interesting especially now that Parv's scroll is tore in half.

Still think Parv ultimately wins, but maybe Luke if Parv gets blindsided.
