I can only get to that first screen shot from a Google search, and there's no rent or buy button

    EDIT

Ok I see it on my MacBook now. I guess you can't rent or purchase content from the Android app. Dumb. Can't watch purchased content either, only Apple TV+ shows and movies.

Kind of like this more than him screaming at Lois tbh

    Yeah, I actually dig that.

I don’t mind the yelling but that is a man clearly unbothered by the choices he made, which fits well with his character and also makes the reveal from his parents even more devastating. He would go from nonchalant, even keeled performance to being wrecked after everyone turns on him.

“Screaming at Lois” is a weird characterization of that scene imo. The point is that these are two people having a very human argument, with normal heightened emotions and unresolved tension that they eventually have to cycle back around to. Which, was one of the film’s best scenes and a great moment of establishing Clark as genuinely well-meaning, but not some lifeless saint.

I agree it was a very good scene, but Superman, to me, feels like someone who is above yelling at people unless they're a straight up evil person? Idk! It's not like a major complaint for me lol I love this movie, but this audition scene feels more true to what I perceive the character to be - he feels like more of a boy scout here which is how Lois generally refers to him as a person

Happily surprised that the sequel is a real “Superman 2” instead of some kinda Justice League or whatever. Excited to see how Lex’s journey progresses in this one.

Also, wild to be blessed as a fan of the Superman family with a big summer movie three years in a row?

Just noticed that the art is Corenswet’s Supes. Wonder if that’ll be the general design of Lex’s suit.

I think there was more art from another DC artist that had Corenswet Supes with a slightly different look for the Lex suit. So, they’re probably still deciding on the exact design, just sure that it’ll be a take on that classic super suit.

This is a random question but did Superman ever drive a Superman-themed car, plane, motorcycle, or boat?

Can’t wait. Finally a proper Superman sequel. Isabela Merced shared the news on her IG and said “see you soon”. Safe bet that Hawkgirl returns
