Same. I just play albums instead while playing video games

 

Depends on the game for me, but for Smash I definitely don't need it. Some games I can't play without it.

 

So apparently I suck with Wolf and Yoshi. Excited to find out who else I suck with.

 

grindy games I use podcasts but short games I just listen to the game audio so yeah game audio for smash.

 

If its any consolation I thought I was good with dr mario and online proved me very wrong

 

Yep I was the same way with Yoshi. I start beating level 8 and some level 9 CPUs and then I go online and get stomped.

 

Nothing more satisfying than using Yoshi’s neutral B at the edge to make the opponent fall to their death inside an egg

I really wanted to like Piranha Plant, but he's just too damn awkward of a character.

 

I JUST figured out how to use her down B properly and he's a little better in my eyes now. The only part of her I really like is her up B. That's a wonderful move.

 

Yeah, I'm gonna keep trying, but I'm just not sure it's gonna happen.

 

it's bound to happen at some point but I want someone online to ruin me with a potted plant, wouldn't even be mad.

 

Playing against a Level 9 Pirahna Plant CPU really helped make sense of the character for me. It's way more agile than I realized, zones decently, and can actually do some fun aerial stuff. Down B has armor which is interesting.

Wow, I never thought I'd enjoy Piranha plant as much as I do haha

 

Just tried online for the first time. Yikes, that lag. Also really hard to tell who is on blue or red team during team battle, huh?

 

I didn't have a lot of of lag problems, but those team battles are a good yikes
