No love for Falco? I always thought he was one of the best in the last three games.

 

I had a friend who mained Falco and it always intimidated the shit out of me so I never got into him. Higher level Falco players are terrifying.

In Melee esp, he has some really overpowered moves like his Down+B and his C-Stick in any direction.

When you’re already too far down to recover and Melee Falco dives after you with a Down+B to add insult to injury.

In Smash 4 it was Little Mac, Kirby, and Luigi, but it changes from game to game

Just to fan these flames a little bit:

A Switch version hasn't actually been confirmed yet, but it did briefly appeared on Nintendo UK's store a while back before being swiftly pulled, which is definitely odd but maybe not super noteworthy in itself. However, during Sony's E3, they showed off some Spyro gameplay and one of the devs was asked if the remaster was indeed coming to the Switch, and his response was "Not talking about anything else right now" which is about the single most conspicuous thing I've ever heard in my entire life. A straightforward disconfirmation would've been perfectly acceptable, but instead we get an epic dodge.

So we're obviously getting Spyro. Everyone get your hopes super high.

 

If we get Spyro, we should get Crash too.

 

Keep both out of the game please and thank you, Nintendo.

 

I dunno, I'd love a game where you can pause an eight player match and see Mario, Ryu, Pacman, Sonic, Snake, Crash, Mega Man and Cloud all fighting eachother. Wild.

 

At some point I just feel like it becomes ridiculous. Like when people are like "where's Goku? Where's Master Chief? Where's that L block from Tetris?" They haven't even covered all the Nintendo characters I'd want in there so I'd like them to do that before spending more time and money on outside characters.
