Only unlocked like 10 characters but I feel safe in saying that Luchadora Pikachu is the greatest alternate skin in the history of smash

Yarn Yoshi might've topped her, but they went with felt yoshi instead =/

got Richter but not Simon. did one of those Battle Arenas online and holy shit the lag was horrible. gameplay basically came to a halt at several moments cuz of it. i DID get 1st in a 4v4 match recently! raises my confidence that i don't totally suck, lol

playing as Richter is really great. he and Inkling are my favs so far. still have so many more people to unlock!!

 

so yeah, when we get the whole tourney/ranking/seeding whatever set up we just gotta make a battle arena with whatever rules we decide on and set up a password so it's just us. and we can spectate that way too!

 

I played for a few hours straight, did the close software each time I unlocked someone thing, I'm at like 40-50. Isabelle kept beating me, i lost a lot of the challenger fights actually, especially if I was trying a new character when I unlocked them

 

Online Quickplay is so terrible. I've more often than not ended up in games that didn't have my preferred rules over ones that did. How did they botch this so badly?

Edit: And if you end up in a game with 3 or more players, you can't leave until it ends even if you get knocked out early. Oh my, Nintendo.
