still at work and this has been obsessively on my mind all day.

 

All I want is captain falcon and he will be the last one I unlock

 

Brought my switch to work today and they moved me into a new office so I'm waiting for my computer to get connected to the network and playing in handheld mode. It is absolutely perfect for handheld mode. I'm glad I got used to the pro controller because the joycons are very easy to play with now.

 

I'll take Ann and Makoto next please

I'm also really enjoying World of Light! I'm not too far in, but the scenarios are fun and it's cool to see the creativity in how they translate the Spirits to battles.

 

Uhhh it's performing a jump while like holding another button so you jump half as much as a normal jump.

 

Not quite. You can perform a short hop with just a lighter, shorter tap of the jump button, though Smash U did streamline the process of doing short hop aerial attacks by making it so pressing the jump and attack button simultaneously automatically results in a short hop aerial no matter how hard you press jump.

 

What do you yall prefer for jumping? Button or up on the stick?

 

i prefer just tilting up with the stick

 

button. i cant up tilt properly if it’s tied with jump

Level 9s are actual fucking filthy in this game no shame in that, they will flat out style on you

 

Realizing that the jump button is the better option over the stick makes a world of difference. Completely opened the game up to me years after I’d moved on.
