Na man it's definitely satisfying seeing the little guy go launching off to kingdom come after you've spent most of the game getting battered. It's like "YES GOTCHA YOU LITTLE GREMLIN BASTARD"

last point may be true but whenever I've managed it in elite smash it's mostly due to a roll/jump read, usually only manage it about once per game cus after that they get more wary - never said I won those games hahaha

 

I want to break my game whenever I play against a Hero user and I’ve owned them the entire fight only for that over powered characters to send me flying with 4 hits

Confirmed that they won’t be showing any new characters. Idk what else they can show to fill up the 45 mins

 

I think we’ll get some Mii costumes and maybe a new mode as well

Haven't played with Terry yet, but apparently he can wreck?

 

Terry is pretty strong

 

Played around with Terry online, beat his Classic Mode run, and cleared all of the SNK spirits with him. He's a lot of fun to play and his skill ceiling is really high. I don't know where he'll fare on the tier list relative to Ken, who plays similarly, but first impression is that he's good.

 

trying to find a video that was posted here a while back; a smash ultimate tournament where someone came back from a 3 match lead with Isabelle and swept the other player. I know/think it was from VGbootcamp but can't remember much else. Does anyone remember that vid?

This game is so funny to me. Like I’ve never played SNK but after playing with Terry for a bit he’s my favorite of the dlc characters so far. Ken and Ryu have always felt clunky to me but Terry feels so much smoother. That may just be me but whatever it is I’m happy
