SBM had some of the best Sum 41 songs since DTLI? with the title track, Jessica Kill, and Reason To Believe. I hope they continue doing what they want.
Their record before Screaming Bloody Murder, Underclass Hero, sold really well actually. It was only SBM that did ehhh. That record is great and very underrated.
Hopeless: You get a record contract. You get get a record contract. You all get record contracts! Good for both sides. I'm excited for the new album.
So happy to see them on an indie label. The roster is stacked! All Time Low Bayside New Found Glory Sum 41 Taking Back Sunday The Used The Wonder Years Yellowcard
Nobody in the industry sells like they used to unless you're a Beyonce or a Drake or a Justin Bieber. I'm sure this will go about 30-40K during the first week, which nowadays would be good enough to get them into the top 5-10 of the Billboard charts.
Major win for both parties here. Can't wait for Sum's new album. Edit: What does this mean for people who pledged on their pledgemusic? Or is there new album like the oculus rift now..
Get the damn album out already! Blink and good charlotte Both have release dates, and they announced their albums aftet sum 41. Needless to say, im super excited for this one. They just take way to long lol.
Deryck also pretty much wrote, recorded, produced those last 2 by himself aside from the songs "Screaming Bloody Murder" and "Blood in My Hands", where as this one it seems like it was more a group effort.
Honestly expected it to be released independently due to it being crowd-sourced, so this is a delightful surprise.
I guess I'm alone in thinking SBM is one of their best albums I'd actually go as far as to say AKNF is my least favorite album by them
Absolutely Set Your Goals. Really? There were talked about a lot on AP around 2009-2011 I love SBM but disagree with AKNF. All Killer is my favorite album of all time so I'm obviously biased.
Underclass Hero is there worst album in my opinion, there is only 1 or 2 songs I ever go back to there.
Don't sleep on With Confidence in regards to new Hopeless bands. First two singles have been great. They actually have never released a bad song.
I didn't even think of that! =/ Even though I didn't donate, I hope people who did still somehow get something out of this.
I would think the vinyl, cd, and merch would be exclusive variants, designs then what will be released to the general pubic through Hopeless and not be reproduced. Following them on social media they have been fulfilling a lot of the packages the last few months such as Skype calls, hanging out in the studio with the band, etc...
