Apple Music has 2 different dates. The main page says the 29th. The album page says the 15th. The music video had the 29th but they deleted that. Preorders start shipping march 22nd
Wow this song fucking rules, my favorite "metal" song by them in a long time And yeah album art is bad but so are literally all of their other ones besides Chuck lol. Maybe the band I love the most with the consistently worst visual design
Musically, this is pretty chill, but I don’t really like the vocals. Sounds a little too polished and not as front and center as normal? Maybe that’s just me but I put on Out For Blood after and the difference was noticeable.
I don’t like the bridge and the intro sounds too much like another song of theirs, but this is their best song in aaagggeeess imo.
I'm impressed at how they've managed to make metal-inflected-pop-punk their thing. No other band does it as well as they do and it's not easy.
Really dig this. Liked Landmines a bunch too, instant preorder. Surprised none of the variants sold out yet.
my friend called me tonight to tell me about the show in San Diego. She said it was a super intimate venue maybe like 200 people the band was super stoked to play somewhere so small because they said it reminded them of the old days and they only had one opener so it was over by like 8 o’clock but she was happy because she had work in the morning . She said they said it was the last small venue they will play ever again
Are they not doing an official tour this year? They kept saying they would do a final world tour, but all Ive seen so far are dates for festivals and such. Where are all the US dates? Edit: Just came across this. Not on the official venue page yet, but would be awesome if it's legit! Sum 41: Tour of the Setting Sum Tickets | Milwaukee, WI | The Rave / Eagles Club
