Sum 41’s “Fake My Own Death” is up on the international versions of Spotify and Apple Music, it should hit the US versions in just a few hours. Until then it looks like it’s on YouTube. Pretty good year for the return of pop-punk bands I liked as a teenager. Expand - View Original
I didn't know what i was expecting. Really dig it. Can't get behind the painfully buttrock album title/cover but the music itself is going to be a banger.
Oh this is good. Sounds like where you'd have expected them to have gone after Chuck, and I'm all for it.
Gonna wait till it hits Apple Music in the U.S. but I'm sure I'll like it. I love Chuck and Screaming Bloody Murder so I'm sure it will please me. However that god awful cover... Ugh...
This is much better than I was expecting. And after watching some videos of them from Warped Tour so far, I think it's safe to say Sum 41 is back.
If this is indicative of the rest of the album's sound then this will be the first Sum 41 record I enjoy since Chuck. So glad that Dave Baksh is back. I really don't dig that album art though.
Great track! On another note, with Dave back in the band can Tom go back to Gob full-time now so I don't have to wait another 7 years for a new album from them? hahaha
Was hoping for more All Killer No Filler / Underclass Hero and less Chuck / Screaming Bloody Murder but I can still dig this. God I hate that artwork though.
