Despised Icon put some serious hair on my chest at Rockfest. Good lord that band is heavy.

 

Really hope this comes to NJ with Despised. My 2009 self is extremely stoked for this tour.

 

I don't know if you can see it on the admat or not but they're on select dates.

 

Anyone have an idea on when this might have the dates announced? I'd think it may be near the end of Warped Tour but also Carnifex is on Summer Slaughter so that may delay the announcement as well. Really really hoping for a Portland date. Closest I will ever get to a big 4 of deathcore tour.

 

Really hope this hits Dallas. Solid lineup.

Sounds like Whitechapel is either doing a few dates with Oceano before the tour begins

 

But it also gives a timeline in when dates might get announced if this goes on sale in 3 days.

 

Whitechapel, Suicide Silence, and Carnifex are playing Ozzfest Meets Knotfest on September 25th. Maybe Whitechapel is doing a few shows leading up to that.

 

Who's doing vocals for Suicide Silence now? I thought Eddie was going back to All Shall Perish. (whom I'd also love to see do something soon)

 

Eddie is doing vocals for both ASP and Suicide Silence.

 

Have you heard any recent news on new ASP music or anything?

 

I was actually just on r/deathcore and saw something about this, so it's funny you ask. Someone on there contacted Nuclear Blast about the new ASP record and said something along the lines of not in 2016. So probably Suicide Silence in fall and ASP sometime in 2017.

 

I've always enjoyed ASP more than just about any other deathcore band, so I was pretty excited to hear they were getting back together with the old lineup to do something, but I hadn't really seen any updates in the last year or so. Thanks for the info.

Whitechapel will be overseas November 3rd to November 26th. I'm assuming this tour with Suicide Silence will be September/October.

 

I'm hoping for Tampa even though Carnifex's bassist made it seem like this is only hitting places Summer Slaughter isn't, but goddamn this is a stacked lineup. Although I don't care for Whitechapel's new album. I'd hope for Despised Icon playing our date too, but most likely they'd only play Canadian dates if there's any.

 

Hopefully that includes off dates for Summer Slaughter. Because holy shit does Portland need this.

 

No Canada according to Shawn (Carnifex drummer). But there is going to be Northwest U.S. dates so I'm stoked for that!

 

Suicide Silence and Whitechapel are both playing Aftershock in Sacramento on 10/23.

Lancaster gets Despised Icon too. I am definitely trying to attend this.
