agree hard w/ all of this, between that and Adz 2010 Sufjan was on some other shit

 

Listened to this for the first time on acid and it felt like my world was collapsing in on itself.

 

having those two masterpieces drop less than a month away from each other was wild

"The Owl and the Tanager" might be my favourite Sufjan song tbh

 

smh dude made an album about the entire damn universe and every planet, p sure that covers the other states!!

 

Genuine question: how have Justin V and Sufjan never connect for any musical endeavor? Their career trajectories and “concepts” surriounding music are so similar imo that it would be the duo of a lifetime and makes too much sense, but maybe they’ve never met or worked together in a capacity? @zmtr (if anyone would know it’d be you lol)

 

Also I saw that metacritic has metadata for a AP.net review of age if adz at 99% that I’d love to read - Not sure who wrote it but hopefully that weekend project comes to fruition @Jason Tate @Drew Beringer
