Crazy how time flies…the last post being about the 5 year anniversary from me.

Something is coming for the 10 year anniversary on Monday!

 

I was listening this week. What a remarkable album. Can’t believe it’s 10 years.

 

Not my #1 suf album but easily within the top like 2% of of shows I’ve ever seen

 

easily my #1.

 

Illinois and Carrie & Lowell are like 1a and 1b for me. Can't think of another artist who has put out two masterpieces at that level.

 

I vividly remember the LA show for that tour, so good.

 

Mystery of Love was a Carrie & Lowell demo?? This is new information to me, so cool.

 

this album means a lot to me. definitely preordering when i get paid

 

Great album it's good to have a reason to revisit. A good amount of the "States Project" era material has aged like milk for me, esp Illinois (if I never hear "Chicago" again in this life it'll be too soon) but this still sounds fantastic.
