Lol the end of this episode might be the most gratifying thing the show has done, I thought he might get trampled
Something that has stuck with me this season and really a line so personal and cuts deep for me is when Connor says along the lines: “….I’m an old man. My dad’s dead.”
It’s when he’s talking to Willa discussing if they’re in fact going to go through with the wedding. Also she’s been great this season
Almost as big as the laugh from a couple eps back when he said “guys…this is not the clouds. this is not the clouds at all.”
For me it was the (somewhat obvious) pivot from "Well come on just tell me today" to "Nice timing. Thanks for telling me today." lol
Eh I kinda thought Roman’s breakdown was more about him knowing he couldn’t deliver in that moment and it just caused him to spiral.
Definitely think it was a combo of both. He seemed scared shitless after hearing Ewan's speech, like "oh shit I can't follow that", but also has clearly been the least healthy in terms of grieving Logan IMO. It all hit him in that moment
Kendal saying he is going to lay down in front of the car and then just standing there looking like a doofus made me laugh. Also super manipulative and gross Kendal.
I really like what they’ve done with this season, Logan’s death has caused the audience to sympathize with these despicable characters and in between grieving all they’ve done is just be as awful as ever. Personally I’m enjoying watching them all struggle and squirm.
Yup. Don’t know how you could read the line “Is he in there? Well, can we get him out?” any differently than a sincere outpouring of grief
Nobody is saying he doesn’t miss Logan, I just think the breakdown came more from the pressure of the speech and then everything spiraled.
