I'd imagine Greg leaking will be plot relevant (and Tom basically told him to, and saying how he wants to make sure it's public that he was there when it happened) but realistically speaking there were a lot of greglets on that plane (and they all made a Greggly look at Tom) and anyone on the plane had to know something was up
