yep. And in a sense it’s like, this is what Kendal has been reduced to. Six episodes ago he was high and mighty and had everyone gushing over him for details at the press conference and in a few weeks (I think that’s the timeline) he’s gone from that to alone in a Waffle House parking lot taking pictures of his brother in law getting into a vehicle as a last ditch attempt in the moment to get leverage somehow lol

Tom really hit the nail on the head when he told Kendall his track record shows him always losing to Logan time and time again.

 

One of the sickest burns in the show so far because it was so deeply real.

6 minutes in and now feel more confident the direction is Tom and Shiv both decide to flip to Kendall, then Tom flips back to Logan instead when Shiv acts like it was entirely her decision

I’ve got zero idea how this all ends

 

i was just thinking how the show continually builds up moments where anything could happen / audience is on the edge of their seats and the result is… nothing happening (in terms of something more than just verbally happening) so to have Roman simply push Kendall in the back with some force to knock him down (granted he’s drunk/high which doesn’t help his balance) literally got a gasp out of me because it’s so out of character to have physical interaction on this show lmao almost the same reaction to a character dying or being shot or something on another show

 

agreed but Roman was firing all cylinders even in his verbal rampage, especially to Shiv. She is unhappy if no one goes to jail as there goes her being able to take charge with Logan still around / clearly she would be ok for the most part with Tom being away for a year.

and then Tom being unhappy that he’s not as happy as Greg. Fuck. He went from cloud nine to six feet under all because he based his happiness on other peoples level of happiness (which we all do from time to time but come on Tom! You’re (virtually) free of prison wine! Who cares if Greg is displaying more happiness than you ugggggg)

I feel like this show has exposed how trained I am to want a character to root for in fiction. I'm like "i hope good things happen for Greg because he's the least shitty out of all of them, even though he's still very shitty compared to a normal person"
