I'm not so sure he 'asked' Kendall to do it rather than he 'let' Kendall do it. He was freaking out about not being the CEO because from the outside, he looks physically fine. It feels like being told that he is inherently worth less than Kendall. He said the stitches didn't look too bad, so if he looks a little more fucked up then it makes more sense for it not to be him. Roman has also always sought out pain because that's the only thing his family ever gave him. You can see Kendall start to stop hugging him but Roman keeps shoving his brow into Kendall's shoulder. Pain is the only thing that makes him feel normal.
Yeah okay tht makes sense because I didn’t quite get that line about the stitches not looking bad, I was like wait why’d he even say that there haha
lol so many great gems that get lost in even greater gems. the whole debacle of the therapist knocking out his front teeth when he dives in the pool. Willa repeating, “I think he hit his head” while looking at him holding a bloody towel to his mouth lmao
I believe it’s 6 months between seasons 3 and 4. Think Shiv says “the last 6 months” in reference to how much time she lost because Tom was working Logan against her or something like that.
I just started watching this a few weeks ago and I was instantly hooked from the first episode. Just finished season 2 episode three. The Boar on the Floor game was truly some heinous shit. It's amazing how I hate Tom but feel so bad about the way this family treats him. Also, the theme song is fucking incredible. It's been playing in my head constantly.
One more episode in season two. I’m guessing Tom is toast. Maybe Greg too? Or neither. This show has definitely surprised me so far.
Does this not read like the start of another season of succession??? "Pier Silvio Berlusconi runs the commercial TV side of the family's Fininvest holding" etc Italy mourns and asks who will succeed Berlusconi
Hi, its me, guy who is constantly behind on things. Finally finished this, and holy shit. That final dialogue between Tom and Greg.
Yeah, I wanted something to scratch the Sopranos itch (I don't watch much new TV) and was shocked at how much this grabbed me. Best run was S2 finale through the first half of season three. Also shocked at how good it was for being a Ferrell/McKay joint. Not sure what to do now that I've finished it, but I picked up Barry last night
