They didn’t introduce 8 for no reason, she and/or Brenner’s other experiments will come into play at some point....whether it’s this season or next, and if it’s a big story, who knows
The stakes are probably only going to get bigger so it wouldn't surprise me if the other kids get more focus. Hopefully the execution and the tone change are better this time.
no way would they kill off one of the kids, if any main character dies (which i doubt will happen) it'd probably be Jonathon
I’m pretty positive they brought it out not for those characters specifically but to start the idea of the others coming in in the future. Also for Eleven’s development of course. And I love binge watching. I find that I’m much more likely to lose track of a show if I have to keep up with it every week (especially if they take breaks) than I am if the whole thing comes out at once. Quality dropping is the only thing that has stopped me from watching new Netflix stuff. Also hoping for the kids to die kind of rubs me the wrong way. The stakes are high enough with them being experimented on and tortured by interdimensional monsters and losing their friends and role models, the show doesn’t NEED to inflict more trauma to be good.
I never said the kids. Any big death, any of the parents, Johnathan, Steve, Mullet dude (assuming he has a bigger role in S3), etc.
show doesn't even need to be good... the trailer was good enough for me. holy growth spurt for Will! tall mofo
