    The cop was one of the only ones I was lukewarm on. That archetype is a bit old.

    Winona made me wish she was my mother in another universe lol. I totally felt her desperation and her scenes with 11 were really adorable.

    Where are your friends tonight?

    Finished watching this yesterday, it definitely lived up to and exceeded all the hype. The score was absolutely killer, and the whole cast knocked it out of the park.

    I really hope Winona starts appearing in more roles now after the success of the show, I loved seeing her do such a great job as Joyce.

    Very interested to see where they take this next season. Hopefully another paranormal threat enters the picture, don't want another season about the no face monsters.

    I liked Winona's performance better when I realized it was akin to Richard Dreyfuss's character in Close Encounters
