Stranger Things Season 5 finale’s “most important detail” sparks Eleven survival theory - Dexerto On the other hand, this article asks why we followed Hopper getting bandages and if that's when Kali and El discussed their plan, among other things. There's definitely a lot to chew on and enough leeway to question both interpretations.
lol Will was just off-screen feeling like he was being set on fire and stabbed at the same time. But really though, I did wonder if he was going to be hurt by all of those attacks as I was watching, but they've always been a little loose with the rules there. He didn't always feel everything that happened to every single demogorgon or even to Vecna. He sort of went in and out of the hivemind.
I wanted to complain once awhile ago about how loose all the hive mind rules are, but I didn't so I can't get too upset about anything else lol
Didn't Will almost die with what they were doing to the Mind Flayer in S2? Shouldn't he be like... Hospitalized by the end of this finale, if not dead?
My wife was watching videos on Tiktok earlier and this one guy was going off about “plot holes” and literally every single thing he referred to as plot holes were, in fact, not the definition of plot holes and were literally either just “that didn’t go the way I expected so it’s a plot hole” or “they didn’t mention this thing I wanted them to mention which is also basically just the first thing I mentioned so plot hole!”
He was physically possessed by the mind flayer in s2. He was a host. That changed by the end of 2. His connection with the hive mind is different than literally having the mind flayer in his body.
I mean, it’s possible Vecna thought the plan was kill him in his mind, which is what hopper and el’s part of the plan was?
Alright fair. So, when Will falls in and out of the upside down several times in S2, he literally, physically disappears into the upside down and not just mentally? Guess that makes sense since Joyce traced the mind flayer on her TV from the recording. But weird the bullies didn't notice him disintegrate in front of them on Halloween.
Actually, WAIT. Will does *not* physically go to the upside down when he gets taken over by the mind flayer in season 2. He is stuck standing there in a parking lot while Joyce shakes him awake
was it ever actually explained why the Upside Down was stuck on the day Will got taken? seemed like it was meant to be a big deal when they found that out in s4 but I don't remember it meaning anything also the more I sit with it the more I love Mike getting the Stand by Me ending, that was actually a bold choice
