So was Max doing homework while she was in Vecna's mind or something? How did she graduate with the rest of her friends?

 

Not a genuine complaint btw, it was a cute ending. Just funny to think about

They pushed everyone through like the COVID classes

 

I thought it was pretty much perfect. Great final fight. Mind flayer looked wild. Pretty epic scene to me. Joyce saying the word…. Hell fucking yeah. I kinda wish I was in the theater for that. Watching at home though was more fitting for me(nice home theater setup helps).

Loved the way it all wrapped up. I know it was said the spin off won’t include known characters, but all those kids they introduced that were playing DnD at the very end seem very primed for their own show.

What a ride that was for 10 years.

especially since I forgot they used it for the end of The Body

 

Lots of safe conventional choices in that ending, but was expecting that.

 

I like the end for all young adult cast where they made it extra clear they're Gen X yuppies now lol

 

Just saw someone mention that Dustin did what Eddie said he was planning on doing at his own graduation. Cool nod to him.

"I'm gonna walk that stage next month, I'm gonna look Principal Higgins dead in the eye, I'm gonna flip him the bird, I'm gonna snatch that diploma, and I'm gonna run like hell"

 

Really? I knew how it was going to turn out for her literally the moment they reintroduced her.

 

Eleven is obviously still alive

 

I like to think she is but I don't think it's necessarily obvious, either. I feel like the Duffers fully intended for it to be open to interpretation

 

I thought she was gonna be more vital to the fight against Henry, but still assumed she’d die haha. Just didn’t think it would happen right then.

Luckily they faked us out a bit there and she did play a bigger role, just not in the fight

 

This is fair. I pretty much felt the same way

 

them zooming in on the speaker things like 15 times to let us know she couldn’t use her powers made it obvious

 

Also showing her. Why show if it’s not real?

 

Feels like Mike had nothing to do. He shot a flare. Has he ever actually fought?

 

Yeah, would not be surprised if she shows up in some spin-off show since Netflix is seemingly funding her entire life.
