I hope its not the same format where that storm thing comes in Episode 1, on Halloween, takes Will, and the rest of the season is getting him back. But the trailer looked great so I wouldn't even care
This Halloween thing is a red herring. Netflix always releases shows on Friday. The first season was July 15. A Friday. Halloween is a Tuesday. I think its just on Halloween that the season takes place. They're messing with us.
lol for what reason would they put up a false date to mess with the audience? That's horrible marketing. I agree that it probably won't come out exactly on Halloween, but it will most likely drop on the closest Friday.
Netflix could release this on a Tuesday, what would be stopping them? They can pretty much release it however they want
I doubt they'd released it actually on Halloween. What sense would that make, knowing most people in America won't be watching TV and instead either participating in Trick or Treat and/or passing out candy. My guess is it'll be released the Friday before Halloween.
There's no date. It just says "Halloween." If it was a date it would have month, day, year. And I've seen screen shots of video in the show time stamped "October 30, 1984." Plus the kids are in Halloween costumes. I think Halloween is the title of the season, not the release date!
