And look I know the age thing has been discussed to death but the 14 year old playing a 9 year old (Holly) and a 19 year old playing a 13 year old (Erica) aren't helping
Haven't really noticed any bad acting in this season tbh. MBB and Schnapp have been totally fine to me
No Sadie sink through 3 episodes is certainly a choice. And she looked weirdly fake when she did show up lol.
In the grand scheme of the story the ages don’t bother me. It’s just funny when you look at outside of the story. I also haven’t really noticed any particularly bad acting but that could just be because I’m so used to the characters at this point that it’s just normal for me. Not really seeing them as actors in the moment.
I hate to say it but this was actually really good. The wait was annoying, but I went from "ugh fine I guess I'll finish it, I've gotten this far in and waited this long" to being genuinely excited for more
One thing that's been on my mind is, apparently Henry went to school with Joyce and Hopper... So did the kids just never mention in the last year and a half that Vecna's real name is Henry Creel? Feels weird to never bring up
I’m kind of getting sick of their formula. Intimate conversation between two characters with witty back and forth and a reference to something, then monster noise in the distance. They aren’t the only ones who do this but it’s hard not to notice after you do. I’m still in it for the plot and I like some of the characters, but really glad it’s over after this.
They really killed so many army guys tho. They do not give a shit about army guys. Or guard army guys or scientists, they were just killing them all. Every character good or bad was killing army guys. The show is very pro murdering nondescript army guys. Great Vecna scene to end it on, give me more Vecna.
I mean, what do Hopper and Joyce do with that information other than say “huh, didn’t see that coming.” They very well may have told them and it’s just not that important to where things are at now.
Obviously, it depends on the size of the graduating class, but there are people from my high school that I never met or even heard their name. I was looking at a yearbook recently and found multiple people that I was surprised to see were in my class year.
It’s still a scene that should happen in the show and people that went to HS with him might have valuable information about him that they themselves don’t have but they’re what 15 lol they aren’t asking their parents how to do shit
Shouldn’t the military know everyone is a known associate of “Jane” and lock them all away or at least monitor their every movement
As of right now, only Max knows. Well, and Holly. They aren’t really in a position to ask anyone anything at the moment.
Wait Eleven straight up calls him Henry multiple times to Hop. They definitely had that conversation lol
I felt like the good guys had almost too much fun kidnapping and drugging that family. Ends justify the means or whatever, but that was such a dark act covered in such a lighthearted way lol
They made a point to mention Ted is in a coma. Max is in a coma and able to reach Holly… is Ted getting a redemption moment?
#JusticeForTedWheeler Dude let's another family live with him and never says a peep to them about it, just his wife in private, while they steal his hard earned bacon. He's a hero.
Yes but while every other God fearing Republican in town thinks D&D is a gateway to Satan himself, he has no problem welcoming his son and his friends to have the time of their lives in his basement. And he swung a golf club at a monster to protect his family. And .. then.. uhh.. I guess there was that one scene in season 3 where he let Holly sleep on him so then Karen decided she wasn't going to cheat on him after all. (I really am just joking around lol)
