Watched the first episode. Loved it.

 

This is amazing. All the kids are so damn good. They remind me a bit of The Loser Club. I'd hate to wait weekly for new eps

 

Just finished, Probably my favorite new series of 2016 so far.

Everybody keeps saying Spielberg, and I definitely see that influence, but honestly I got more of a Stephen King vibe than anything.

 

Just saw on IMDB that Finn Wolfhard (which is probably my new favorite name) is playing Richie Tozier in the upcoming "It" remake

 

King and Carpenter vibes all over that pilot, can't wait to keep going

 

Excited to watch this given all the comparisons being made.

 

This soundtrack is perfect.

End of the third episode with Bowie's Heroes playing in the background was devastating

 

Hopper might be my character so far. The kids are all great though.

 

Fantastic pilot. So onboard with this show.

 

I watched the whole show yesterday and loved it. I went in knowing nothing about it and with no expectations, and it ended up one of the best things I've watched this year. The child actors were all really good. I hope they release a soundtrack!

There is supposed to be a second season.

 

I think i'm going to binge this for a 2nd time next week.

Well I just watched all of this in one sitting. Aaaaand it's 5am.

 

Wow, really excited to start this.

 

Only watched the first episode, really good. Good setup for the mystery and great atmosphere and acting. I'm going to watch a lot of this today.

 

Starting Episode 5, was instantly hooked 30 seconds into the first one. Perfect vibes, atmosphere, score, story, etc.

 

The music for this is amazing

 

Hop is the best.

The juxtaposition during Will's revival was perfect and I was really hoping he'd get to see his little girl again in the Upside Down, but the redemption felt in that scene was wonderful.

 

yeah, so this is amazing. score/soundtrack, cast, script, cinematography, acting, pacing etc. etc., everything. amazing.

 

So did they explain how or if they closed the gate?

 

It's not closed and that was apparent when Will coughed up the slug and saw the Upside Down again. Also, Hop put some food in that wooden box for something/someone (probably Eleven).
